Dave Dunford Scores Bronze Medal At 2010 World Masters

Congratulations to Dave, 43, on a Bronze Medal at this years Champs in Pilzen, Czech Republic.
This was Dave's 2nd World Medal in 3 years having placed 2nd in 2008 at Palm Springs, USA.
Dave's lifts were Squat 305kg, misssed 315kg, Bench Press 210kg, missed 215kg, Deadlift
280kg, missed 295kg, Total 795kg. He would have totalled 820kg with all attempts made.
He was only 10kg off a Silver Medal. Bodyweight was 99.15kg which he wanted to be closer to 100kg.

Dave was the only NZ lifter competing so his performance was a fantastic acheivement from the
other side of the World.

A great reward for one of NZ's best and consistent lifters. Dave is one of the hardest trainers in
the country and his 3rd place is sweet revenge for missing out last year. Awesome lifting Dave.
